Paper Abstract:
|
This work presents how we use ontology in the Dynamic Balance Point (PED) to define the relationship among people, technology and process. This work is part of multidisciplinary groups which contain the following behavioral features: goals, persistency, planning and commitment, that are the mobilize characteristics or lifestyle of people. On PED research, when we are working with people, we have the integration and balance point between the cognition and capability of the people through diagnosis-self; when we are working with technology, we have the integration and cognition through technology transformation; and when we are working with processes, we have the integration and cognition through methodology to develop flexible learning mechanism to acquire instructional knowledge and practices, because the Language of the communication is more than words. It is culture, habit and attitude. |
